Careers

We believe that our business is built on having the right people in the right place, at the right time. We invest in our employees and strive to provide opportunities that give something back in return.

We have a mix of jobs, at different levels and in different occupational groups, including engineering, production, supply chain, finance and HR.

We have defined progression routes in our production units, enabling development from Production Operator to Team Leader, dependant on key competencies and personal ambition.

We are committed to learning and development and provide opportunities for formal and accredited training, in addition to learning skills ‘on the job’. Through our annual appraisal process we are able to identify specific training needs and support individuals to develop and learn, whilst also benefiting from company-wide initiatives.

We work hard to make sure that employees are valued at Senstronics and that talent is nurtured. Whilst we aim to maintain positive retention rates, and we do this through a wide range of strategic actions, we do understand that sometimes people move jobs to explore new challenges which enables is to recruit new talent.

We have robust procedures in place to assess candidate suitability, whilst recognising that recruitment is a two-way process. We aim to attract talent to futureproof our workforce and develop a sustainable pipeline of skills, whilst offering competitive benefits.
