On 8 March Senstronics acknowledged the importance of International Women’s Day (IWD) 2024.

Embracing this year’s theme of #inspireinclusion highlights the good practice that takes place all year, in an environment that values inclusivity.

There’s over 16 million women in employment in the UK, who represent 48% of the total workforce. At Senstronics 36% of our workforce is female, in roles across every level of the business. And we’re planning to attract more females into career pathways within the business through links with local educational establishments.
