A time to reflect

2022 has presented a number of challenges, most of which are on a global level. We’ve navigated the hangover of a global pandemic, which has had a significant impact on our supply chain, and we’ve adopted new ways of working to sustain critical levels of output.

Despite our challenges we have achieved positive results in relation to target being achieved and we head into the new year with greater ambition and drive to deliver more and to deliver better.

Our capital programme (worth £8m) will be ramped up in 2023 and we will begin to realise the first returns on investment through the installation of new equipment and machinery.

Kevin Tull, Operations Manager, said: “We’ve spent a lot of time developing the infrastructure to support our ambitious growth plans, prioritising the value of the employee experience and embedding our mission and vision to influence a positive culture. With the foundations of the business firmly set we can expect to take the lessons learned from 2022 into the new year, for an exciting 2023.”
