In a difficult financial climate we understand the significance of the cost of living increase. We have spent some time exploring ways in which employees can access support during a period of economic uncertainty and we continue to promote the Employee Assistance Programme as a mechanism to access advice and guidance. To support our employees at a time of increased financial pressure, and to recognise the sustained positive outputs in relation to performance, a one-off payment has been made in the November pay. The cost of living payment is in addition to Senstronics’ annual pay review, which takes place each March.
The payment is made in alignment with our commitment to our Mission; that people are the foundation of our business, that are highly valued and that it supports our Vision of Senstronics being a great place to work.
Andy Reed, Managing Director, said: “It’s a worrying time for a lot of employees and we’re considering ways to help ease the burden of financial pressure, particularly just before Christmas. Rising prices and bills affect us all in some way and we need to do what we can to support our colleagues.”
We continue to review our salary structure to ensure that the rate of pay we offer is fair and competitive, and that we are able to reward employees for their efforts.
