As part of our commitment to invest in future talent, and to support our plans to futureproof our workforce, we have welcomed 3 Engineering Apprentices to the Maintenance Team; Nathan, Jude and Oliver.
Supported by New College Durham, the 3-year apprenticeship will provide the opportunity to develop critical knowledge, skills and experience across all of the engineering functions within Senstronics with a bias towards maintenance. On completion of the apprenticeship programme we are expecting to have nurtured, trained and developed 3 competent Mechatronics Maintenance Technicians, who will continue to make a positive contribution to the business.
Carl Brettwood, Maintenance Manager, said: “we’re excited about the journey that Nathan, Jude and Oliver are going to make and we hope to create a lasting legacy as we build the future of the business, and grow skills to achieve success.”
